This is what we woke up to this morning...I am so over snow, totally done with it for the year. I would really like to see spring. Yesterday I was so excited that all of the snow had finally melted in our yard and now this again. YUCK! Well, at least it will give Ry something to do when he gets home from school. He loves to use the snow blower.

The weekend was fun... Ry had his first boy/girl late night birthday party, at Hannah's, on Friday night and Ky went to spend the night at my parents house. She loved not having to share the attention with her brother. Ry came home covered in makeup :) The girls attacked him and you could tell that he loved every minute of it. On Saturday Ry went out to lunch and fishing with Joel's dad and Ky went to a birthday party at the Ice Sheet in Ogden. She was pretty worn out after three hours of ice skating.

Saturday night Joel and I took the kids to see Paul Blart: Mall Cop. It was a really cute family movie, both of the kids enjoyed it. After seeing a chic flick and then kid show, you could tell Joel is in need of a good guy movie...Maybe I'll call his brother and see if he'll take him :o)

On Sunday all four us went to church together, woohoo! We haven't made it to church the last couple of weeks, and it seemed harder and harder to get there. After church most of my immediate family came over for dinner. It was cute to watch Bodee, my nephew, jam'n out on the Wii microphone with the older kids, he is sooo stink'n cute!

Tomorrow is when I get to appear in court for my ticket :( Joel keeps telling me to talk to the prosecutor. He keeps saying, "Just go in and see what he says". I know what he'll say, "Quit speeding and be sure to stop at all stop signs!" I my defense I was out in the middle of Timbuktu on a Sunday night and I did slow WAY down for the stop sign, but I now know that's not good enough. There wasn't a moving thing in site. I am not even sure where the officer came from...

Either way it's going be a very expensive lesson... Lesson learned.... Use cruise control when coming home from my brother's house out in Timbuktu! As far as the stop sign goes... since getting the ticket, with both of my kids in the car, Ry has pointed out the I rarely come to a complete stop at a stop sign, so I am pretty much doomed. Old habits die hard, lol :) Hey, I have never claimed to be the world's best driver...

That week was just a really bad week for me....Two days later I got a parking ticket in Ogden :( At least it was a non-moving violation and only $10!
